Where I can get my order?
You can receive your order at the address you choose within the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands except in post office boxes. For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside Spain (U.E. and U.S.A.) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will it take to get my order?
In season, the estimated delivery time for orders is 1 to 3 business days. During the period of sales, special promotions and Christmas, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. These delivery times are approximate and may occur delivery in less time.

What are the costs of my shipment?
The shipping costs will be € 4.25 for shipments to the Peninsula and € 7.26 to the Balearic Islands. Free shipping for purchases over € 15 for the Peninsula and € 30 for the Balearic Islands.

What is the deadline to make a change or return?
Once your order is received, you have 15 calendar days to change or return the products you want as long as they have not been used.
Where can I return my purchase?
The returns of online purchases that opt for the collection at home will cost € 4.25 for the Peninsula and € 6.99 for the Balearic Islands, which will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
How should I change or return an item?
At your home: you can request a return home from any article online. Send us an email to email@example.com with the following information: Name and Surname, Collection Address, Contact Phone and Order Number. After checking all your data, you will receive an email with the instructions. Remember that the items must be in perfect condition and have not been used.
How do I receive the amount of my refund?
The refund of the amount will always be made in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made and with a maximum time of 5 working days from the moment of receipt of the returned items.
